Helicopter crashes in northeast India, killing 17

Smoke rises after an MI-17 helicopter crashed in the Buddhist pilgrimage town of Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh state, India, on Tuesday, April 19. The helicopter with 23 people on board was trying to land when it hit a wall and burst into flames killing at least 17 people, police said.
